Class and community-based gym Milo and the Bull has opened a new site in Bermondsey Street.
Founded by George Lowe and Richie Steele, Milo and the Bull have a “simple, honest and holistic approach to health and fitness” and has established sites in Peckham and Clapham.
Head of fitness Josh Cooper says: “It’s going to be amazing to see what the Bermondsey community can bring to our new studio.
“We programme team workouts every week that help build the community and create lasting friendships.
“Every year, we host community events including summer parties, Christmas socials and workout challenges, which means people can interact outside of the studio.
“It’s always great to see relationships form inside and outside of the studio, and it’s amazing to see how members motivate and support each other through workouts.”
The gym will soon be offering ‘Strong Mum’ sessions for new mums and mums-to-be.
A mix of strength, conditioning and yoga each week, the classes blend of building strength and fitness with babies welcome to join in the studio.
