How much would you pay to see thirty local residents in the cast of We Are As Gods, a brand new immersive show taking over the entire Battersea Arts Centre building in October?

Well, you can pay what you can when two community groups – the Elders (60yrs+ from the Katherine Low Settlement) and Juniors (8-25yrs) come together to perform We Are As Gods, alongside the James Cousins Company.

The event will be celebrating the joy of being together again and reflecting the faces and talents of the local community and what everyone’s been through. It is a way of igniting their imaginations, reminding them of the joys of working together, connecting with different generations, and the opportunity to express themselves physically for the first time in 18 months!

Both groups are learning the same style of choreography as the professional company, as well as creating their own physicality and ideas to perform in the final piece.
