‘Bah, Humbug!’

It’s Christmas Eve and Ebenezer Scrooge determines to turn his back on the world, and on Christmas. But a series of ghostly visitors have other plans in mind, transporting Scrooge on the journey of his lifetime. In the course of one fateful night, Scrooge must confront his past, his present and the future before time runs out.

Visit the Jack Studio this Christmas for a festive retelling of A Christmas Carol, written and adapted by Ross McGregor from the novella by Charles Dickens, and an enduring and heart-warming tale of redemption and kindness.

A Christmas Carol is performed by Tice Oakfield in this thrilling and highly inventive solo show.  Tice was nominated for two acting awards following his most recent performances at the Jack. Produced by the award-nominated team behind Kindred Spirits and The Woman Who Amuses Herself.
