A guaranteed party of horror, comedy and music
The producers of Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical the Rocky Horror Show, have added additional dates and Wimbledon is one of them.
An exceptional cast – led by superstar Jason Donovan – will be bringing their biggest party yet to audiences across the country. It has been such a big part of Jasons life he contacted the producer, Howard Panter, and asked if he could be part of the 50th Anniversary Tour. “In a nutshell,” he says, “I’m a fan. I love the show; I love the music; I love the character. I was touring my own show about five years ago and included ‘Sweet Transvestite’ from Rocky as a key moment in my musical career. It went down a storm.” He also met his wife when she was stage managing the 90s touring production.
Also joining the fun is Stephen Webb, who will be returning to the cast to reprise the legendary role of Frank N Furter – having played it both on tour and in the West End to critical acclaim – at select performances and venues in 2025.
Bringing laughs, thrills and time-warping fun comedian Nathan Caton brings his sharp wit and undeniable style to role of The Narrator. Motherland star Jackie Clune and Holby city star Joe McFadden are set to bring their star power to the show, stepping into the spotlight as The Narrator for selected performances. Joe will bring his charisma, charm and witty repartee to Swindon and Llandudno and Jackie takes to the stage in Birmingham, Darlington, Shrewsbury, Brighton, Oxford, Richmond and Stoke adding to the frivolities of the run.
