BRENTFORD are set to beat a host of sides to the signing of Bromley talent Ben Krauhaus.
Krauhaus, 19, has caught the eye of Premier League and Championship clubs with some dazzling displays for Andy Woodman’s National League side.
Krauhaus has played 28 times this season and scored six goals, five of them in his last eight games. Krauhaus, who is predominantly left-footed, can play out wide and also centrally from where he has a knack of making great runs into goal-scoring positions. He made his Bromley debut in December 2022 after being recalled from a successful loan spell with Cray Wanderers in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
Krauhaus signed a new long-term deal this season, but now Football Insider have reported that the Bees have won the race for his signature.
The news will be a major blow to Woodman, who has led the Ravens to second in the table. The play-offs are their likeliest route to promotion as Chesterfield are twelve points clear at the top.
Thomas Frank’s Brentford side haven’t won in seven games, including five successive Premier League defeats and an FA Cup third-round replay loss at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
