BROMLEY boss Andy Woodman has signed a new three-year deal taking him up to the summer of 2028.

Woodman led the Ravens into the Football League for the first time in their history in 2024 and to an eleventh-place finish in League Two last season.

Former Northampton, Colchester and Oxford goalkeeper Woodman, 54, arrived at Hayes Lane in March 2021 and guided them into the National League play-offs, where they lost 3-2 to Hartlepool United, who went on to win promotion.

Bromley beat Wrexham 1-0 in front of over 46,000 fans at Wembley to win the EFL Trophy in 2022.

Woodman again led Bromley into the play-offs in 2023 when this time they lost to 3-2 on aggregate to Chesterfield in the semi-finals.

The following season, Bromley beat Altrincham in the play-off semi-finals to set up a Wembley decider against Solihull Moors. Goalkeeper Grant Smith made two saves in the shoot-out before Byron Webster’s iconic winning penalty.

Woodman has made more history already this season as Bromley have reached the League Cup second round for the first time after their 5-4 penalty shoot-out win over Championship Ipswich Town this week.
