CRYSTAL Palace have called off their pre-match press conference after Roy Hodgson was “taken ill’ during a training session on Thursday morning.
Hodgson was due to face the media ahead of the Eagles’ Premier League game against Everton at Goodison Park on Monday.
The club revealed the news in a tweet from their official X account on Thursday afternoon.
There have been reports this week that Palace were planning to sack Hodgson and replace him with Oliver Glasner, who left Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt at the end of last season.
