SHAUN Hutchinson will leave Millwall this summer after eight years with the club.

Hutchinson, 33, made 257 appearances and scored fourteen goals in all competitions for the Lions after joining on a free transfer from Fulham in the summer of 2016.

Centre-back Hutchinson scored the winner five minutes from time in a 4-3 win at Bristol Rovers on the last day of the 2016-17 season that clinched a place in the League One play-offs.

Hutchinson started the final as Steve Morison scored in a 1-0 win against Bradford City at Wembley.

Former Motherwell defender Hutchinson was Millwall’s club captain but injuries restricted him to just fifteen appearances in all competitions last season.

Hutchinson’s contract expires at the end of next month.
