MILLWALL are trying to agree a deal with Celtic that would see midfielder Daniel Kelly move to The Den this summer.
Kelly, 18, as signed a pre-contract agreement to join the Lions on January 1 after his current deal expires.
But that would leave Kelly in something of a limbo as he has been frozen out of Celtic’s first-team plans by manager Brendan Rodgers.
Kelly made six senior appearances last season – scoring on his Scottish Premiership debut – but in this campaign is with the club’s B team in the Lowland League, the equivalent of the National League in England.
Football Insider are reporting that the clubs are in talks over an earlier transfer which would allow Kelly to join Neil Harris’ squad in this window.
