Kevin Nisbet asks to leave Millwall for return to Scottish Premiership after one season

KEVIN Nisbet wants to leave Millwall for Aberdeen, according to a report.

The clubs are in discussions about a loan deal for the 27-year-old Scotland International, the Daily Record says.

Nisbet struggled with injury and lack of form last season after he moved from Hibernian.

Lions boss Neil Harris left him out of the side’s final game of last season at Swansea City, citing a disciplinary issue.

Harris didn’t rule out Nisbet leaving The Den in this window when asked about his future by Southwark News earlier this week.

Millwall have signed two attackers this summer, Macaulay Langstaff from Notts County and Femi Azeez from Reading.

The Lions are in the market for another striker whether or not Nisbet completes a move away.
