The New Rep Theatre Company presents The Importance of Being Earnest, which follows four London Socialites in a story of romance, intrigue and mistaken identity in a modern take on the story that sets the events of this raucous Oscar Wilde farce in contemporary London.
Between the city apartment of Algernon in London to the rural residence of Jack in the country, the play includes classic characters such as Lady Bracknell and the governess Miss Prism.
In a society dominated by expectations and plagued by a complete inability to tell the truth, each character works their hardest to find their true love.
