Caroline Dubois wants a crack at Katie Taylor after the Irish fighter won back her world light-welterweight titles with an epic rematch victory over Chantelle Cameron in Dublin last weekend.
Taylor, 37, suffered the only defeat of her professional career when she lost a majority decision to Northampton’s Cameron, 32, last May. This was Cameron’s first loss as a professional.
Greenwich’s Dubois, 22, is unbeaten in eight professional bouts and took to social media after Taylor’s win to say: “I want that fight! Let me at her.”
Dubois is the No.1 contender for Taylor’s WBC and IBF lightweight titles.
Taylor said after her victory that she wants a trilogy fight with Cameron at Croke Park.
