AFC Wimbledon boss Johnnie Jackson has met with director of football Craig Cope to discuss the futures of the Dons’ squad.
Wimbledon ended their League One campaign with a 4-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town at a sold-out Plough Lane.
The Dons finished nineteenth in the table, four points above the relegation zone after securing safety with a 1-0 win at Wigan Athletic the previous weekend.
“We needed to obviously know for sure what division we were going to be playing in next season before we could make certain decisions,” Jackson said on the club’s website. “I’ve spent some time with Craig already this week and we’ll continue to do that moving into next week.
“Whether they’re staying or moving on, whatever that looks like, we’ll have a conversation and try and get an angle on ones that we want to keep, ones that we want to offer a deal and ones that will naturally move on.”
