The Ben Oakley Gallery is putting on a group exhibition that will include local and international artists.
The title, ‘What Have We Done?’, is, says gallery owner Ben, ‘ambiguous; on one hand “Come and have a look at what we have created”, with a darker side to the title referring to our current global issues.’
Having curated four solo shows this year as well as immersing himself in the Dulwich Open House Festival, he says, ‘it’s now time to curate a classic Ben Oakley Gallery Super Group Show.’
What Have We Done? will include over 25 artists, with new to the gallery locals from the age of 15 years old, local celebrity artists and familiar established international artists.
‘All this makes for an exciting and very accessible community event,’ adds the owner, ‘with prices for an original artwork from under one hundred pounds and limited edition prints from £60, something we are very aware of in encouraging the arts and making each exhibition inclusive, while keeping creative culture alive on your doorstep.’
